AUDITORIUM SEATING :

  • For seated and numbered events, spectators are guided by hostesses at auditorium entrance and led to their seats. For non-numbered events, spectators choose a seat in the auditorium at their own discretion, depending on seat availability.

  • There exist arrangements for accompanying those with limited motor control, benefiting from special seats in the auditorium. Each of these persons may be accompanied (maximum 1 person seated next to person in question, in a reserved seat). For more information, do not hesitate to contact us by email at: pmr@zenith-strasbourg.fr or by telephone.

A FEW REMARKS REGARDING THE ZENITH TICKETING SERVICE ...

  • Ticket rates are defined exclusively by the producer of the event, never by the Zenith. This is why the rates of one and the same show are very similar among a Zénith hall and another hall. However, there does exist a difference between the "Zeniths" in the provinces and that located in Paris (less expensive in the provinces).
  • Seats designated as being "1st category" (ex: seated spots for a seated-standing concert) are more expensive than "2nd category" seats (ex: standing spots for a seated-standing concert), the least expensive being the "3rd category". "Carré Or" seats (gold square) are the top range: these are the most expensive, the best situated seats in front of the stage and the most comfortable. These seats are available only for certain seated and numbered concerts.
  • It is at times possible to benefit from special rates (ex : corporate social committees, children under 12...). These seats are usually sold directly by the concert promoter/producer. This information is indicated in the show descriptions in the CALENDAR section of our website. Finally, some shows have a single rate. These are often "seated-standing" shows for which there is no indication of any specific seating in the auditorium.
  • Concerts designated as "seated-standing" are not numbered. This means the audience is seated depending on availability and hence, quite often, on the time of arrival in the hall. This is why the "best seats" are always taken by storm (seated spots for greater comfort or standing spots in the orchestra level, right in front of the stage to be closer to the artist).

The above criteria, linked to your spot in the auditorium, are found precisely :

  • on the descriptive pages of each of the events programmed at the Zéenith, on our website in the section: CALENDAR ;

  • on your tickets : based on the number of your ticket, you can visualize your spot on-line in the following section : Visualize your seat.
